Policies and Procedures

Registration and Payment Policy

All participants must have a signed registration form to enter the gym area. As always, we do not have ANY registration fees for recreational classes! All sessions and classes are first come first serve with your payment holding your spot. We recommend registering at least 2-3 weeks in advance as most classes will fill up. Payments must be made in full prior to the start of the first class of the session. Children will not be permitted on the floor until payment has been made. We will remove a class if a minimum class size is not met. We accept cash or check only. Post dated checks are accepted (fees may apply). A $30 fee will apply to all returned or cancelled checks.  Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. NO REFUNDS will be given for any reason. There are no refunds for missed classes (see make-up and cancellation policies below). NO EXCEPTIONS.

WE ACCEPT CASH OR CHECK ONLY.  Checks can be made payable to X-treme Gymnastics.

Cancellation and Make Up Policy

If you are unable to attend a class, you must inform X-treme Gymnastics (by phone, email or in person at the front desk) at minimum 24 HOURS BEFORE THE MISSED CLASS DATE.  You will not be entitled to a make-up class without proper cancellation procedure. You may be allowed ONE emergency make up class per session if space permits in another class. To maintain low class ratios, all make up classes must be scheduled with the front desk. In a full class, someone else must first cancel, which will allow a space for your child to attend a make up class and vice versa.

Class Cancellations and Gym Closings

X-treme Gymnastics reserves the right to remove a class if a minimum number of students is not met in the given session.
Holidays: X-treme Gymnastics does close annually for most holidays. Recreational sessions with classes falling on these holidays will either be prorated or made up on another available class day and time.
Inclement Weather: We do NOT close with the school districts as the roads are usually cleared up by the time we open. Always check our online sources if you are uncertain. IF NOTHING IS POSTED, WE ARE OPEN. All closings due to inclement weather will be made up on another available class day and time.
