Pre Team Program

Pre Team was established for gymnasts who show potential in strength, flexibility, focus and determination to learn more. It is designed for serious, committed gymnasts and their families. It serves as a bridge into our Competitive Team program. Pre Team practices twice per week, for two hours each. Gymnasts must be recommended and invited into this program by a member of our coaching staff. If you are unable to to commit to year round gymnastics, you are better advised to remain in our recreational program. By accepting an invitation into our Pre Team program, you are acknowledging that you have a genuine desire to become a part of the our Competitive Team in the future.

Our Pre Team program is offered year round, not just in the off
season! Due to their success and hard work, selected Pre Team members may earn competitive opportunities prior joining the Competitive Team.

Talented Opportunity Program (TOPs)

A girls program that was developed, managed and run by USA Gymnastics. TOPs helps girls, ages 7-10, train and achieve a higher level of flexibility and strength. With its own set of guidelines and requirements at each age level, the TOPs program will encourage young gymnasts to properly execute different types of conditioning and skills in correct form and precision. This involved intense strength and flexibility training and national testing to determine the most talented individuals. There's a test that must be passed, and if passed the athletes are invited to private training clinics with some of the top coaches in the nation. Due to the nature of this program, gymnasts will get stronger, more flexible, and show overall improvement in their technique, fundamental skills and their individual compulsory or optional routines. This program offers an opportunity to open many doors for your child's gymnastics career. To learn more about TOPs, click here.
