Due to COVID-19, my child missed the end of the 2020 Winter Session 3. What happens to those missed classes?
Members who missed classes in our Winter Session 3 will have a credit on their account covering the cost of their cancelled classes.
Due to COVID-19, my child missed the entire 2020 Spring Session 1. What happens to the fee we paid for that session?
Members who have already paid for the Spring Session will have a credit on their account covering the full cost of the cancelled session.
When the gym shut down November 30-December 12 due to COVID-19, my child missed two classes of the 2020 Winter Session 1. What happens to those missed classes?
Members who missed these two cancelled classes in Winter Session 1 will have a credit on their account covering the cost of the cancelled classes. This credit can be deducted from your child's next registration payment for any future session.
I have a credit on my, how can I use it to register?
Classes are now available for students Ages 4 and older. Members who would like to use their credits towards a future session are encouraged to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which day and time you would like to sign up for.
When did X-treme Gymnastics reopen?
X-treme Gymnastics was given the green light to re-open on Tuesday, May 26th, 2020.
Will the X-treme experience look different?
Just as we did prior to this pandemic, X-treme Gymnastics will continue to hold safety, cleanliness and small class sizes as our top priorities. Our staff has been busy implementing new policies and procedures to be taken in regards to COVID-19 protection.
What is your plan for reopening and what safety protocols have been put in place?
We have worked diligently on our "RETURN TO GYM SAFELY PLAN" to create a smooth, safe, and organized transition back into the gym for all our gymnasts, families, and staff members.
Team and High School groups are required to carry a designated Gym Bag through the gym.
